The deadline for 2025 applications was 8th December 2024. We are currently reviewing all applications submitted before the deadline, processing them in the order they were received. Applicants will hear from us by February half term.
If you missed the application deadline but would still like to discuss applying, please email admissions@qmc.ac.uk. A member of our team will contact you after we have reviewed all on-time applications. Please note that some courses may now be fully subscribed.

QMC Application Review Process
- Our College Admissions Team will review your application and make contact with you if necessary. Once your review is complete we will email to confirm your application has been processed and will ask you to log in to your application to complete some final steps.
- When applying please ensure you use an email account you have regular access to (not your school account) as this is the way we will contact you. Please note that emails sometimes end up in junk/promotions folders so please check these regularly and add Queen Mary’s College to your safe senders list.
- In May you will receive an invitation to QMC WelcomeFest. Taking place on 24th June 2025, the day will be a great opportunity for you to find out more about College life and participate in taster sessions for the subjects you have applied for. You will be able to meet other new students, teachers and staff and ask any questions you may have. If you have not received your invitation by 31 May please contact us on 01256 417505.
- Your Joining Pack will be emailed to you in June and will have all the information you need about starting College, including transport forms.
- Your enrolment appointment will be sent to you in July. Please keep 26th-29th August free.
- GCSE Results Day is on 21st August 2025.
- You will attend an onsite Enrolment appointment 26th-29th August 2025.
- Your first day at QMC will be on 9th September 2025, starting at 9am.
