The range of sport and physical activity available to participate in at College is huge. Whether you’re a team player, individual sportsman, or want to get involved for fitness, emotional and/or wellbeing reasons, there is something for you to try.

Please note that the list of enrichments is constantly changing with new opportunities being added on a regular basis too.

Competitive Sports, Teams and Coaching

Receive specialist coaching and represent QMC in regional and national tournaments. Open to students who wish to train and/or play for college teams. Develops sporting skills and supports applications for Higher Education in related areas.

Mindfulness

Your mental health and wellbeing is very important to us. We have a dedicated Student Support Hub in College to support you, and activities to enhance your mental health and wellbeing.

In addition to activities such as relaxation, yoga, and Rockbox, the Wellbeing Team also run various activities that help with confidence building, relaxation and anxiety support. We’ll help you achieve the best outcome for your own personal development and you will make new friends and learn new skills and coping techniques.
