QMC has a track record of consistently achieving high results.

What a busy, exciting and successful academic year this has already been for QMC! On the back of the best exam results in the College’s history (99% A level pass rate and 81% of students achieving A*- C grades), QMC has been awarded OFSTED ‘Outstanding’ for our students’ behaviour and attitudes and ‘Good’ in all aspects of the College experience.  This is something we are immensely proud of as it illustrates the culture of high expectations and supportive environment at QMC.  It reflects the time we put into making the College welcoming, enriching, aspirational, respectful and most importantly successful.

Queen Mary’s College has been been awarded OFSTED Outstanding for Students’ Attitudes and Behaviour

The College has consistently been rated among the top colleges throughout its fifty-year history. With an exceptional track record of success, achieving excellent results year after year, and for the progress made by students based on their individual starting points, QMC continues to lead the way. In 2022, QMC celebrated a 99% A level pass rate with 81% of students achieving A*-C grades.

No matter what pathway students choose after leaving the College, QMC has always prided itself on being the perfect stepping stone to university, Higher Apprenticeships, or straight into employment. This is exemplified by the work carried out by the in-house Work Experience Team. Experts in their field, they are working closely with employers to provide relevant, beneficial, and engaging hybrid opportunities that have a real impact on students’ personal and professional development.

QMC students: a generation of global citizens who are helping others, across the globe, to develop their skills and grow as individuals.

This year’s Challenge Aboard enrichment trips, funded by the Turing Scheme, are a prime example of the extra opportunities available to Queen Mary’s College students. Over 190 students and 30 staff will embark on exciting expeditions to Cambodia, Thailand, Tanzania, and India throughout the year. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is designed to ignite compassion and create a new generation of global citizens, helping students develop their skills and grow as individuals, while providing unforgettable ethical experiences.

With over 2000 applications for the College’s 60+ Level 3 Courses on offer for September 2023, QMC is rightfully proud and excited about the future of the College and its outstanding students.
