Dedicated gym access to build physical fitness and healthy habits in a comfortable setting.
Netball
Structured team play focused on court positioning, speed, and collaborative strategy.
Rugby (Men’s and Women’s)
Tactical team sport training focused on strength, endurance, and field discipline.
Swimming for Relaxation & Wellness
Peaceful swimming sessions designed for unwinding and personal wellbeing.
Table Tennis
Fast paced recreational match play building hand eye coordination and concentration.
Volleyball (Mixed)
Team activity developing jump capacity, court communication, and technical play.
Yoga
Mindful movement and flexibility sessions to support mental and physical health.
Competitive Sports
Students involved in competitive sports will receive specialist coaching and represent QMC in regional and national tournaments. Open to students who wish to train and/or play for college teams.
These are timetabled sessions and it is important that you ask your enrolment tutor to add these to your programme.
