Resources to support students studying BTEC or CAM TEC qualifications
All students on vocational courses will have been given deadlines for submissions in line with their qualification assessment rules. If you are unsure about deadlines please email the Personal Tutor via Vista for parents.
Subject specific revision resources
Your son/daughter should be aware of subject specific workshop support or revision sessions that are available across subjects. These take place at lunchtime or after college. To get the most out of these sessions students are expected to have identified specific areas that they are finding challenging. Teachers will then be able to focus on specific support (rather than going through the whole specification).
One to one revision support
Students that have specific concerns about exams or have exam arrangements can benefit from attending a one to one session with Kate Rollinson in the Learning Hub, room 3019, to learn how to use memory aids and revision strategies. These sessions will be delivered at 12:10 on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes after Easter. Students should register for a session by emailing [email protected]
