Library Opening hours
To provide the students with a supportive learning environment, the library will have longer opening hours from the 24th April 2017 to 26th May 2017. In addition the library will remain open over the Easter holidays.

Resources to support students taking exams
Please click the links below to download a revision planner and some tips and advice for revising for exams in all subjects. A revision planner is an important guide to creating achievable targets and the methods detailed are known to be very effective. If used they should help students to realise their full potential.
Revision Planning Tips
Sessions on revisions tips
Learning memory aids and revision strategies can really help students to feel prepared for exams. Library staff will be delivering 30 minute sessions on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10:10 to 10:40 starting from April 24th 2017. Students should register for a place by emailing [email protected]
One to one revision support
Students that have specific concerns about exams or have exam arrangements can benefit from attending a one to one session with Kate Rollinson in the Learning Hub, room 3021, to learn how to use memory aids and revision strategies. These sessions will be delivered at 12:10 on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes from 24th May 2017. Students should register for a session by emailing [email protected]
Subject specific revision resources

You may already have received subject specific advice and resources in College. This is a selection of materials from some subjects, and you can also view a multitude of resources on Firefly.
Resources to support students studying BTEC or CAM TEC qualifications
All students on vocational courses will have been given deadlines for submissions and re-submissions in line with their qualification assessment rules.
For learners enrolled on a BTEC 90 credit Diploma or BTEC Level Two programme
Guidance will have been given to learners on their eligibility to re-submit or re-take specific tasks in accordance with the new BTEC rules effective from 1st September 2014. If you would like any clarification on this please feel free to email personal tutor(s). The final deadline for all first submissions is the 26th May 2017.
For learners following Cambridge Technical qualifications
All first submissions must be handed in by 26th May 2017. Please note that there may be certain courses where the deadlines may be slightly extended (e.g. Performing Arts). These dates will have been confirmed directly to students.
