QMC Maths GCSE Students Triumph at the MEI Maths Finals

Student Football Activators, Luke Barretto, Madison Noakes, and Matt Fischedick, recently finished their final AOC Student Leadership training at Twickenham Stadium 🏟️.

The day was packed with activities, including creating and delivering a sales pitch, reflecting on achievements and setbacks, and setting future goals. They also had the chance to network with professionals from various industries like sports coaching and business entrepreneurship, which left them feeling inspired.

Matt Fischedick said, “I felt proud of our group’s preparation and output within the time frame. I gathered valuable advice, like how to secure sponsorships from major companies. Being at Twickenham Rugby Stadium was exhilarating, experiencing it first-hand rather than through a screen.

To cap it off, Luke and I were interviewed by an AOC videographer, adding to the unforgettable experience. The knowledge acquired from all three (training) events greatly benefited both myself and my colleagues, and we are immensely thankful for the opportunity provided by AOC.”

As Matt and Luke prepare to leave QMC this year, we look forward to welcoming new student activators to carry on their hard work ⚽️ 🤝.
