Travel and Tourism - National Certificate, OCR Level 2
| This course is designed to give you an insight into the leisure and tourism industries. You will carry out a range of activities and assessments, including discussions, written reports, design of images, presentations and role plays. The course will also include a number of trips to tourism and leisure facilities. You will develop a good standard of IT skills and learn how to use these to produce professional looking work. Communication and numeracy skills are included and you will learn the importance of these to employment in leisure and tourism. A number of students who have completed this course at QMC have progressed to a Vocational A Level and are now at university, but it is also highly acceptable to leisure and tourism employers. |
